1. PUSA DEEPALI
The Pusa Deepali has been recommended for the Northern part India particularly Delhi and Punjab. This variety of cauliflower is early maturing, curds compact, self-blanching, white, medium-sized and is said to be almost free from raciness. The average yield of this variety is around 12 t/ha.
2. EARLY KUNWARI
The Early Kunwari has been recommended to be grown in Haryana, Punjab, and Delhi. It is said to be a very early variety of cauliflower. The curds are hemispherical with an even surface. This variety is generally ready for harvesting from mid-September to mid-October. The average yield of this variety is around 8 t/ha.
3. PANT SHUBHRA
This variety of cauliflower has been recommended for cultivation in Northern India. The Pant Shubhra variety is known to be an early growing variety of cauliflower. The curds are compact, slightly conical, and creamish white. It’s ready for harvest usually in November. The average yield of this variety is 20 t/ha.
4. SONWBALL-16
The Sonwball-16 is a variety ideal for cooler climates of the North Indian states. It is a late-maturing variety of cauliflowers. The curds are medium-sized and solid and are white in colour. 6. DANIA KALIMPONG
The Dania Kalimpong is a variety commonly grown in the eastern parts of India. It is known to be a late-season variety. The curds are medium-large, compact, attractive and white in colour and less sensitive to environmental fluctuations. This variety is ready for harvesting from January to April.

The Pusa Snowball-1 is a late-maturing variety of cauliflower. The curds are very compact, medium in size and snow-white in colour. The variety is ready for harvesting from January to April. The average yield of this variety of cauliflower is around 25-30 t/ha. This variety may be susceptible to black rot.
8. PUNJAB GIANT-35
The Punjab Giant-35 is the main season variety of cauliflower. The curds are white, compact and medium-sized. The variety is ready for harvesting from mid-November to December. The average yield of this variety of cauliflower is around 17 t/ha.
